Hi christianne....that's a lot of house for only $126,000 at 360 Blue Skies Drive in Sparks, Nevada.....
Barbara - it sure is. We had it approved and then unfortunately the buyer had a family issue and needed to cancel the contract. So unfortunate. This will be the third attempt :) Hopefully the third time is the charm!
A lot of square footage for the money. I'm surprised you still have snow in Nevada but hopefully the weather is good for the week-end.
Connie Lou - The snow in the mountains will last until June at least - sometimes we keep snow on the peaks year round. The peaks are at 13,000 - 14,000 feet so it stays cool up there, even though we're expecting 60 degree temperatures here in the valley this weekend :)
