Do your Asset Managers or Sellers - or even Lenders - ever send you PDF's you need to complete and you think your handwriting isn't the prettiest?
Do you need to complete a FORM and you want to make 100% it is legible for a short sale package, BPO valuation company, or some other professional you are serving?
Look no further! It's FillAnyPDF.com to the rescue!
It's FAST! It's EASY! It's FREE!
First - Open your browser and visit FillAnyPDF.com.

Right in the center of the screen, you'll see where you upload your file. When you click Choose File, a dialog box opens and you can select your file. Then click Upload. The next screen you see is this:

The next screen you see is your form ready for type entry. Just click your cursor where you want to type and begin typing. I uploaded our internal commission disbursement PDF and it looks like this:

When you're done typing in the form, click Download at the top of the screen. This will download the form with all your typing on the form, and will give you a revised PDF with all the content.
FillAnyPDF.com has lots of neat features, including a highlight tool, a whiteout tool, a redaction tool, a freewrite tool, and you can change the size and color of the font you're typing with.
It's a very cool tool, and as we all are dealing with PDF's these days, it's nice to have a way to present your completed form in a professional way.

I just trired it out and it works great. I had to look at it for a minute, before I understood how to work everything. Very self-explanitory.
Jim - Glad to help you out! It really is super easy and makes your delivery of PDF documents so much more professional. I can see how I would use this every day!
Christianne this is a great tool. I have been frustrated with this very thing in the past - no more of that. Thanks for passing it on!
Christianne - This is a fantastic tool! Thanks for letting us know about it.
DocuSign does have the capability to fill out a form, but I only pay for 40 envelopes a month from DocuSign, and if I just have to fill out a form, it's not worth burning an envelope to do it. This is a great compromise...Enjoy everyone!
I didn't know you could fill out PDF forms in DocuSign. Also, I use something called PDFill but for splitting and merging PDF files. I will check this one out. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing this tool with us. I haven't heard of this before. I just saved it in my internet favorites and will definitely use the next time I need to complete a PDF form.
Another wonderful find on AR that I will have to try out. Thank you so much for sharing the info and the tutorial!
Margaret
I actually upgraded my DocuSign from the 40 per month to an unlimited plan. I'd rather just know that I can get it all done and that I don't have to worry about purchasing xxx more at a bad time.
yes its a very cool tool and one I'm moving to when the timing is right, Just wish people cutting my piece of the pie.
Great post! Very valuable information's!
Thanks for sharing,
Adam
Christianne, I bookmarked it and then went and tried it. Pretty easy to figure out. Thanks for passing on this free tool.
Thanks so much for this post! I will for sure give it a try! Tiffany
Christianne, thanks for the heads up on this and free useful is always good!
Hello Christianne and I am so sorry to comment so late but it's very difficult with over 45 groups to moderate at Activerain. I really like your post and have featured it at ...

That's definitely a tool that's worth having in one's computer toolbox, and that's exactly where it's going here.
Good tool. Thanks for sharing.
Christianne-Thanks for sharing this great tool, my handwriting is really bad.
Joseph - That's exactly why I have my team using it in my office - some people's handwriting is simply illegible! And that's OK with this fabulous tool! Hope you enjoy it!
Christianne - This is a really great tool that I didn't even know existed. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
I found this via Russel Ray who reblogged it. I would have missed this important information so thanks to you for writing it and to Russel for reblogging it. Very helpful.
Hi Christianne-
This is excellent. I have bookmarked for reuse. Thanks for sharing with us all!

Thank you very much for this app.
Christianne -- I use this quite frequently as I don't like handwriting documents but DO like all my documents to be neat and professional. I had blogged about this a while back because it is a super tool. I am glad you brought it back to attention as it is very easy to use and the price is great!
Thanks so much for sharing this -- had not been aware of it before.
A PDF editor is an essential tool in our business. I use mine every day and couldn't live without it. I use PDFill.com I think I paid a one time fee of $20. Best money I've spent in along time.
Everybody said it - THANKS FOR SHARING!

Thanks, I tried this program and I love it. It works beautifully and will have many uses in my office.
wow! I Love It!
Excellent! Thanks so much for letting us know about this handy app!
I just had a thought - this would be awesome for buyers to fill out the forms that come to them via MLS as pdf docs. They'd still need to print them to sign, unless yu have DocuSign or something similar. Still - might be very handy!
I'm going to check this out AND PDFill. I do have horrible handwriting!
I could use this at least twice a week. Thanks so much!!
Free is good. I have been searching for such a product. Thanks for sharing.
I LOVE this tool and am glad to see it shared here. Thanks for bringing us all up to speed on this latest productivity tool!
This Program has Positive Reviews all over the 'Net.
Thanks for pointing it out, Christianne.
Thanks so much for sharing this information. It's appreciated!

Great tip. With so many documents in pdf format, an editing tool is very important.
Years ago, when I was enthusiastically promoting and using pdf in order to prevent my docs from being edited, a coworker told me I was wasting my time; that pdf would never be a universally accepted protocol...let's just say I disagreed. This program makes it available to anyone who cares about how their work is presented. Thanks for filling a hole many didn't know how to fill!
Thank you for sharing!! I am going to start using it as I prefer to type out as my handwriting looks like a Dr's prescription. Over the years my handwriting is so bad, people will ask me if I am a doctor. No I just write like one.
Great post. Thanks so much because the other pdf programs I've used just didn't get the job done. I'll try this the first chance I get. Thanks again.
This is a really great piece of info, Christianne! Thanks for getting the word out on this. Can't wait to try it out.
Oh such a such a great alternative to using docusign when I just need a little something done at the last minute .... usually an FHA certification! Thanks for sharing ... you are now officially .... priceless!
thank you for this, I have passed it on to some friends as well
I'll try this out. I currently use PDFill.com.
I've gotta get over and check this out. Every time I think I am catching up and getting a handle on all this someone posts something I haven't seen before that makes work easier or at least it's supposed to. Thanks!
Thank you for sharing!!
Christianne,
Fantastic find, and free too. Works fine for a Beta application.
Rich
Looks like a cool find... I hate dealing with paper now. I much prefer PDFs and scans.
Christinna - This looks like it could be very helpful trying to fill out those pesky PDF's.
Thanks for good info. I am going to re-blog to remember it.
Thank you very much Christine for sharing this. I will have to check this out later on. Great post.
It does work but I'll stick with Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional for making and editing PDF files.
Tom
best tip of the day! Thank you!
Thanks to Roger, I found this. Well-done. Angd a great tip. I don't have Adobe Professional, and this is FREE. Money well-spent...LOL!
Gotta check this out - it looks very helpful!
Sounds like a great tool. I will have to check this out. Will come in handy with inspection forms even if I have to scan them to pdf first !
Christianne , Thanks for sharing! I signed up and the next time I get a PDF that needs to be filled out I will give it a try.
Thanks Christianne, I've used others in the past but this seems much simpler.
Fabulous. Thank you for sharing. Great tool. I tried and it worked. Piece of cake.
This looks like a great tool. I've used PDFill which has some free applications and some pay.
Thanks for sharing this! I didn't even know something like this existed!
Thanks, I've been using PDFXChange viewer which is also free.
Looks like a good site to know about.
I use another software on my computer that let's me type in whereever I want to, white out, highlight etc on pdf files.. delete pages add pages..
Thanks for sharing.
Very, very simple to use. Glad this post was featured--it's going to help a lot of people!
I just recently heard of this and have made a post about it on Facebook. It is such an easy to use form.
Christianne, thanks for sharing this! I just tried it out, and am now trying to figure out all of the many ways I can use it. Love it!
Christianne, I will surely check out this site. Sounds like a quick way to fill out a form. Thanks for the link.
Thanks for sharing this resource. However, according to the FAQ on the site it isn't exactly free as they charge about $20.00 per month for a subscription which seems to be on par with the other document e-signing services available.
I use PaperPort Pro ($200.00) for document management along with TrueForms for my real estate transaction forms. Combined with a Tablet PC I have controll over my transaction forms and upon conclusion of the sale can export all info about the sale to a thumb drive or burn to a CD for retrievable storage. However, for an occasional use FillAnyPDF could be helpful. Another handy application from Nuance Software is OmniForm 5 which allows one to create editable documents from any scanned form.
Christianne Thank you, I do not want to pay an exorbitant fee to purchase the PDF pro version and this is a great alternative!
Thank you for sharing, I like this. And the price is right!!
Since it looks like it has electronic signing capability, why would you continue paying for Docusign?
