Hi Everyone - The mid-range market in Minden, Gardnerville and the Carson City continues to be a bit sluggish, and I only have 1 couple and 1 gentleman come by. However, the couple that came by rent locally and are looking to buy. That sounded very promising! As we all know, all it takes is one!
