Hi Mandy - Thanks for the comment. We have been really super busy lately. I thought I'd be able to spend the Thanksgiving holiday at home but I worked with buyers Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and presented an offer on another of our listings that got accepted. The market is just on fire right now. I can't help but think it's because of the tax credit. I wonder what will happen when it ends in 2010...
