Hi everyone - Thanks for the encouragement. We are going to be doing a lot more of these hyperlocal neighborhood videos because in our opinion, video is the next big thing that Google is passing out SEO juice for. I highly recommend you give it a try - the camera was only $200, the voiceover program was maybe $30, and of course my time, but you've got to see that as a future investment in your buyers and sellers to come.
