It's springtime in the Carson Valley. Everywhere you look, you see small calves frolicking in their herds, snow melting, fields flood irrigating, and the birds of prey are heading home.
Just a few weeks ago, we were covered in snow...
Now it's spring, the buyers are out and looking! The days are getting longer, flowers are blooming, alfalfa is sprouting, and the days are heating up!
After our last big snow from a couple of weeks ago, we're now enjoying 60 degree days, and people are beginning to plant perennials and start watering the lawn!
Springtime is upon us and just like the snow has melted, the deep freeze of the real estate market is thawing, too!

Thank goodness because it has felt like we have been in a frozen real estate market for over 2-1/2 years...
