Totally Free 411 Information from Google! Try 1-800-GOOG-411
Remember when you could dial 411, or even 1-XXX-555-1212 and get a phone number that you needed for free?
These days, it seems like every cellular provider has directory assistance, but they charge $1.00 to $1.50 per number when you call.
Leave it to the development team at Google to come up with a free alternative. Program 1-800-466-4411 into your cell phone. Next time you're driving somewhere and need a phone number, give them a try. It's an automated system, you tell the system the City and State and then the Listing, and they will connect you - free!
There are other cool features too like having the number texted to you or having a map sent to your cell phone. Learn more by watching the video below or visiting Google 411.
